Recognising the role and importance of good education in shaping future leaders in business and all other walks of life, a few visionaries from Maheshwari community of Hyderabad conceived the idea of establishing an English medium school with excellent infrastructure.
Raising resources for this dream project was not an easy task despite fairly good amount of donations coming from them. A novel way was adopted then. A public limited company was promoted and money came in the form of equity subscription by large number of shareholders. This also gave a sense of participation to all of them for a noble cause.
Sprawling 10 acre campus acquired, compound wall & entrance gate built.
MVBL in turn promoted Mahesh Vidya Bhavan Trust to run the school in 1996. The Trust is a registered entity and is registered as a charitable trust u/s 12 AA of Income Tax Act. The School started functioning with a modest beginning of primary classes. More classes, furniture and facilities, computers, laboratories, library, smart classes with e-boards etc got added over a period of time. Today the School runs classes of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi) up to 10th. The school is open to all sections of Society.
